Unsure what your rate is? No problem!
For variable or adjustable-rate mortgages (rates that change with the prime rate), please enter your current interest rate - the rate from your most recent payment. You should be able to see this in your lender's portal or your last statement.
For fixed-rate mortgages, simply enter your interest rate from your mortgage agreement, as it stays the same over time.
