Here's how to resolve the Finmo API error - so we can get your clients importing into Ownwell ASAP!

If you're receiving an error and the Finmo API is not importing your clients into Ownwell - please complete the following steps:

1. Login to your Finmo account

2. Click on Integrations

3. Click on the Finmo API

4. Screenshot the entire Finmo API section and send it over to us at [email protected]

This screenshot will help us troubleshoot and resolve the issue with you!

Long story short, here's what we need to update your Finmo API Connection:

  • Your API Token (must be an active token)

  • Your Team ID

    • If your Finmo account is a shared account with other brokers, we will also need: Your personal app link in Finmo.
