There are two different ways your referral partners can co-manage clients in Ownwell with you. Here’s how it works:
What if your referral partner is setting their visibility preferences when they accept their invite and log in for the first time? Here's what that looks like:
Referral Partners can share client visibility in two ways:
Blanket visibility - all clients are shared with the broker
Case-by-case visibility - clients are private by default; the partner chooses who to share
They can update this setting at any time from their account.

Scenario #1 - The referral partner is logging in for the first time. Here's how they would set their visibility settings:
Accept the Invitation to Collaborate in Ownwell
Create Password
Click Create Ownwell Account
Set Your Visibility Settings - Referral Partners can share visibility for ALL clients or choose visibility client-by client
Click Start Using Ownwell and Log into your Account 🎉
Scenario #2 - The referral partner has already accepted their invite and has access to their account. Here's how they would set or update their visibility settings:
Log into Ownwell and Click on the Partner Photo (Top Right)
Select Manage Account
Select Settings (Top Left)
Update Visibility Settings & Click Save
If the referral partner has chosen client-by-client visibility here's how they will share clients with their broker partner.
Log into Ownwell and Select the Client Name
Click on Share Client with [Broker Name] (Top Right)
Confirm Client Sharing
Select Share
and that's it! Client Visibility has now been updated 🎉
