Sending an introductory email to your client database before your clients begin receiving their homeownership reports automatically can significantly boost open rates and engagement.

Here's an email template to send after importing your client database. This template is designed for brokers:

Hi [Client Name],

Ever wonder what your home may be worth today, or whether there could be ways to save on your mortgage?

I’m introducing a new monthly report for my clients to help you stay better informed about your home, your mortgage, and your options.

It’s completely free, and there’s nothing you need to do to sign up.

Each month, your personalized homeownership report will include an updated estimate of your current home value.

When relevant, it may also show things like:

  • Possible interest savings opportunities

  • Your estimated buying power if you’re thinking about moving

  • An estimate of how much equity may be available in your home
