Overview
As your business grows, you may need additional client seats to manage more homeowners in Ownwell.
Additional client seats can be purchased at any time from the Plan & Billing page in your Account Settings.
Seats are purchased in packs of 100, allowing you to increase your subscription capacity as your database grows.
Subscription changes take effect immediately, and you'll always be shown a payment summary before confirming your changes.
Adding Client Seat Packs
To add additional client seats:
Navigate to Account Settings → Plan & Billing.
Under Add to your plan, click Add beside Add Seats.
Use the + or − buttons to increase or decrease the number of 100-seat packs you'd like to purchase.
4. Review the updated client seat total and payment summary.
5. Click Confirm Changes.
Once confirmed, your additional client seats will be available immediately.
Understanding Client Seat Packs
Client seats are sold in packs of 100.
For example:
Your subscription starts with 100 client seats.
Purchasing one additional seat pack increases your total to 200 client seats.
Purchasing two additional seat packs increases your total to 300 client seats.
Your updated client seat total is displayed before you confirm your subscription changes.
Payment Summary
Before confirming your subscription update, Ownwell displays a payment summary showing:
Any prorated charges or credits.
Your amount due today.
Your new recurring subscription total.
This allows you to review the pricing before your changes are applied.
