Overview

The Plan & Billing page is where you manage your Ownwell subscription.

From here, you can:

  • View your current plan and renewal date.

  • Add or remove Brand Customization.

  • Upgrade to an annual subscription.

  • Update your payment details.

  • View your invoice history.

As your business grows, you can manage your subscription and optional add-ons from this page.

Current Plan

The Current Plan section provides an overview of your subscription, including:

  • Your current plan.

  • The number of client seats included.

  • Your billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

  • Your subscription renewal date.

  • Your subscription price.

This gives you a quick snapshot of your current subscription at a glance.

Add to Your Plan

The Add to Your Plan section allows you to purchase additional products and services for your subscription, including:

  • Additional client seat packs.

  • Brand Customization.

When adding products to your subscription, Ownwell will display a payment summary before you confirm your changes. This includes any prorated charges or credits, today's amount due, and your updated recurring subscription total.

Billing

The Billing section allows you to manage your subscription's billing information.

From here, you can:

Switching Your Billing Cycle
