Overview
Ownwell stores your subscription invoices securely within the Stripe Billing Portal.
From your invoice history, you can:
View previous invoices.
Check an invoice's payment status.
Download invoices for your records.
Download payment receipts.
Accessing Your Invoice History
To view your invoices:
Navigate to Settings → Plan & Billing.
Under Billing, click Manage.
Scroll to the Invoice History section.
Each invoice displays:
Invoice date.
Invoice amount.
Payment status.
Invoice description.
Click any invoice to view its details.
Viewing an Invoice
Selecting an invoice opens the invoice details page.
From here, you can view information including:
Invoice number.
Payment date.
Payment status.
Invoice total.
You'll also have the option to:
Download Invoice – Downloads a copy of the invoice for your records.
Download Receipt – Downloads the payment receipt for the completed transaction.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I download copies of my invoices?
Yes. Open any invoice from your Invoice History and click Download Invoice.
Can I download a payment receipt?
Yes. Once an invoice has been paid, you can download a receipt by clicking Download Receipt.
What information is included on an invoice?
Invoices include details such as the invoice number, payment date, payment status, invoice amount, and a description of the subscription charge.
Can I edit or delete invoices?
No. Invoice history is provided as a record of your subscription billing and cannot be edited or deleted.
Where can I find my previous invoices?
Navigate to Settings → Plan & Billing, click Manage, and scroll to the Invoice History section to view all available invoices.
