Add a personal touch to your homeownership report ✨

Your brand is important, and we know that a personal touch is one of the reasons your clients choose you over the bank.

To make your communications even more personal, we display your profile photo and contact info in the homeownership report. This way, your clients will see your photo and have easy access to your contact details when they have questions. This keeps you front and centre.

1. Click the circular avatar in the top right corner of Ownwell. A menu will appear. Select “Manage Account.”

2. Add your profile photo, team or brokerage name, phone number, and a booking link
*title and license number are optional and requirements differ by region).

Success Tip: Use a Photo of Yourself for Better Engagement

Instead of a company logo, use a photo of yourself - it’s a simple but powerful way to build trust and connection with your clients. People want to know there’s a real person behind the messages they receive, someone they can turn to with questions. A friendly, recognizable face fosters a sense of familiarity and approachability, making clients more likely to engage than if they only see a generic logo.

3. Click “Save” at the bottom of the screen.

4. Return to the dashboard by clicking the Ownwell logo in the top left corner.

Your clients will appreciate the added personal touch!
