You can link referral partners to create co-branded reports for your existing clients. Watch the video below to learn how!
*You can add a referral partner to an existing client in Ownwell on a per client basis or in a group of clients. Note that you can add any type of partner to an existing client for co-branding.
Keep in mind that this is the ONLY way to add a limited partner to an existing client in Ownwell - doing this is their only way to appear on co-branded reports.
Meanwhile, Gifted referral partners will be included in co-branded reports when they’re added manually by the referral partner, via CSV, through the referral partner’s landing page OR if you link them to an existing client file.

The Per Client Method:
1. Login to Ownwell and select the client you’d like to link the referral partner to.
2. Click on Client Details
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the button that says Add Referral Partner
4. Select the Referral Partner from the Drop-Down Menu and Click Save!
Linking Clients to a Referral Partner in Bulk:
1. Login to Ownwell and check off the boxes next to the clients you’d like to link to the referral partner.
2. Click on the Bulk Action button and then Click on Add/Edit Referral Source
3. Select the Referral Partner from the Drop-Down Menu and Click Save!
