In Ownwell's Adopt My Mortgage platform, there are two different types of referral partners:
Limited Partners
Gifted Partners

Any homeowner that is attached to a limited or gifted partner will receive a co-branded homeownership report. This report will include both the referral partner and the broker's branding and contact information.
Limited Partner
A Limited Partner does not have their own Ownwell account.
Key details:
No Ownwell login
No personalized landing page
Cannot add or manage clients
Can be linked to your existing clients for co-branded reports
Best used for:
Giving referral partners a preview of Ownwell
Testing the partnership before giving full access
Showing how their name appears on client reports
Note: You can upgrade a Limited Partner to a Gifted Partner at any time.
Gifted Partner
A Gifted Partner has full access to their own Ownwell account.
Key details:
Has an Ownwell login
Gets a personalized landing page
Can add clients via manual entry, CSV import, or landing page
Shares your client capacity (you can gift seats in increments of 10)
Best used for:
Active referral partners who want to use Ownwell
Collaborating to grow your combined client base
Running co-marketing efforts with trusted partners
