Questions & Engagement
Each major section of the Homeownership Report includes a dedicated question box that encourages clients to start a conversation with you about topics that matter to them.
Clients can ask questions about:
Home Value – Their property's estimated value, market trends, or how their home value is calculated.
Interest Savings – Refinancing opportunities, reducing mortgage costs, or available rates.
Purchasing Power – Affordability, moving plans, or purchasing another property.
Access Equity – Refinancing, debt consolidation, renovations, investments, or accessing their home's equity.
Your Mortgage – Mortgage details, payment strategies, renewal plans, or repayment options.
Clients can send the suggested question as-is or customize it before submitting.
When a client submits a question through any section of their report, you'll receive an email notification containing their message so you can follow up directly.
Booking a Meeting
At the top of the report, homeowners can book a meeting directly with either the mortgage broker or the referral partner.
If a booking link has been added to the user's profile, selecting Book a meeting will take the homeowner directly to that booking page. If no booking link has been added, the homeowner will be able to contact the professional by email instead.
Generate Your Own Homeownership Report
You can generate a live version of the Homeownership Report directly from any client in Ownwell.
Open a client.
Select the Digest Preview tab.
From here, you have two options:
Send Test Email
Click Send test email to receive the report in your inbox exactly as your client would. This lets you preview the full email experience before sending reports to clients.
Copy Link
Click the Copy Link button to generate a shareable link to the report. Opening this link in a new browser tab will display the live Homeownership Report exactly as your client sees it, making it perfect for demonstrations, presentations, or sharing with prospective clients and referral partners.
