Homeowner Engagement
Throughout the Homeownership Report, homeowners are encouraged to ask questions about their home, mortgage, or financial goals.
Depending on the type of question they ask, either you or your referral partner will receive an email notification so you can follow up directly with the homeowner.
Home value and selling-related questions are sent to the referral partner (when the referral partner is a realtor).
Mortgage-related questions, including renewals, interest savings, purchasing power, home equity, and mortgage planning, are sent to the mortgage broker.
Book a Meeting
At the top of the co-branded report, homeowners can book a meeting with either the mortgage broker or the referral partner.
If a booking link has been added to the profile, clicking Book a Meeting will take the homeowner directly to that booking page. If no booking link has been provided, the homeowner will be able to contact you by email instead.
