When importing your clients via CSV (bulk import) there are two options - both of these options are compatible with multiple submission platforms and CRMs:
Option #1 - Import with complete mortgage details (Complete) - Best if you have the client’s current mortgage information.
Option #2 - Import with property details only (Partial) - Useful if the client’s mortgage has matured or if we only have partial information (incomplete mortgage data). Clients imported this way will receive a partial version of the report, including the home value module, while the mortgage-related modules will remain blurred until they add their mortgage details through their report.
