Introducing the Ownwell Homeownership Report πŸͺ„

When a homeowner enters Ownwell through a landing page, they agree to start receiving homeownership reports. The examples below show you the difference between a co-branded "partial digest" and a co-branded "complete report".

Click here to learn more about partial digests (a homeownership report without mortgage details).

When a homeowner enters Ownwell through an Adopt My Mortgage Landing Page - there are two types of reports they can receive:

  1. Partial Digest - They've only added their basic contact information and property details. In this case, they will receive a home price estimate and will be encouraged to add their mortgage details to unlock additional insights: Interest Savings, Purchasing Power, Access Equity, and Mortgage Details. See example below under "Option 1".

  2. Complete Report - They've added their contact information, property information and their mortgage details. This will include all relevant homeownership modules. See example below under "Option 2".

The report examples below are for homeowners who entered Ownwell through a referral partner's landing page.

There are two types of reports a homeowner will have access to when they enter Ownwell through a Gifted Referral Partner's landing page (Adopt My Mortgage).

Option 1 - If the homeowner enters through a referral partner's landing page with their basic contact and property information it will look like this...

Co-Branding will be at the top of the report - allowing the homeowner to contact the referral partner or broker.

Since they've added their property information, their home price estimate will be included - with the ability to request a 1:1 valuation from the realtor.

The mortgage sections will appear "locked" and can be unlocked by adding their mortgage details.

*All reports are also co-branded at the bottom of every report as well.

Option 2 - If the homeowner enters through a referral partner's landing page and we have their contact information, property information, and their mortgage details it will look like this...

Co-Branding will be at the top of the report - allowing the homeowner to contact the referral partner or broker.

Since they've added their property information, their home price estimate will be included - with the ability to request a 1:1 valuation from the realtor.

Since they've added their mortgage details, they will be able to access insights related to interest savings, purchasing power, equity and managing mortgage payments.

They will also be able to speak with the broker to learn how to save interest, check their purchasing budget, access equity, and pay their mortgage off faster! Engagement with these sections will go to the broker via email.

*All reports are also co-branded at the bottom of every report as well.
