Here's a quick video showing you how to downgrade a gifted partner to a limited partner:
Keep in mind that any homeowner that is attached to a limited partner or a gifted partner will receive a co-branded homeownership report. This report will include both the referral partner and the broker's branding and contact information.

Log into your Ownwell account and click on Adopt My Mortgage
(Located top right of your dashboard)
Select the Gifted Partner you'd like to downgrade by clicking on the pencil icon to the right of their name.
Scroll to the bottom of their partner profile and select Limited
Please note:
👉 If the partner has not accepted their invite (invite sent), you will get the gifted seats back immediately - once they are downgraded to a limited partner.
👉 If the partner has accepted their invite (active), you will get the gifted seats back once their account is deactivated - see screenshots below:
Click update to complete the downgrade process.
