How to Add or Remove Brand Customization

Learn how to add or remove Brand Customization from your Ownwell subscription.

Overview

Brand Customization allows you to personalize your client-facing experience by adding your own branding to your Ownwell reports and landing page.

You can add Brand Customization at any time from the Plan & Billing page in your Account Settings.

Subscription changes take effect immediately, and you'll always be shown a payment summary before confirming your changes.

Adding Brand Customization

To add Brand Customization:

  1. Navigate to Account Settings → Plan & Billing.

  2. Under Add to your plan, click Add beside Brand Customization.

  3. Review the subscription details and payment summary.

  4. Click Confirm Changes.

Once confirmed, Brand Customization will be added to your subscription immediately.

Note: The Update Subscription window also allows you to purchase additional client seat packs, so you can make multiple subscription changes before confirming your update.

Removing Brand Customization

If you'd like to remove Brand Customization from your subscription, please contact the Ownwell Support team for assistance via chat or email [email protected].
