Congratulations! You’ve enrolled most of your clients into the Ownwell report - a big step towards keeping your database engaged.

Now it’s time to resolve any remaining data issues so the rest of your clients can be enrolled.

Examples include:

  • An unrecognized lender name

  • A mortgage that appears to be underwater

Issues aren’t errors - they’re simply flags that highlight something in the data that may need attention. Resolving them ensures:

  • Reports are clear and sufficiently accurate

  • You save time later by avoiding cleanup

  • Clients trust the insights they receive

You can view and manage issues in two places:

  • Global Issues tab (Dashboard): see all issues across your client base in one place.

  • Client-specific Issues tab: see only the issues for a single client within their profile.
