Here's the scenario: You're working with a client or lead and you want them to receive the Ownwell homeownership report. That said, you don't have access to all of the required fields for successful client import.
You only have access to limited client data. This means that you have minimal-to-no mortgage data OR they have a matured mortgage (without a closed renewal).
Good news! There are two ways we can add clients to Ownwell when you have access to limited client information:
A Partial Import - Client Contact Information & Property Details Only
The Landing Page - Ideal for Leads or Clients with a Matured Mortgage (with no new mortgage yet).
1. The Ownwell Landing Page
This is helpful when you want to start showing leads value with the goal of converting them to a client. Both Brokers and Referral Partners have access to their own personalized landing page.

2. A Partial Import is a Bulk Import via CSV.
This type of CSV Import is helpful when we only have access to minimal client data (with limited mortgage details) - whether it be in your CRM or elsewhere.
Here's the information you need for a partial import:
First Name & Last Name of 1 Borrower (Preferably the Primary)
Email Address
Full Property Address + Postal Code
Date of Home Purchase - Month + Year
Original Purchase Price
Property Type (Detached, Townhouse, Condo etc.)
