Adopt My Mortgage empowers you to share a personalized Ownwell landing page with any homeowner who wants to receive homeownership insights.

Who has a landing page?

  • Brokers - Brokers have access to their own personalized landing page. This is helpful for broker leads, clients with matured mortgages and clients with limited information.

  • Gifted Partners - Through their partnership with a broker, gifted referral partners will have access to their own personalized landing page.

Here's a video all about the broker landing page:

Here's how your Gifted Referral Partners will access and customize their landing page:

*When a Broker's Ownwell account is created - their landing page is automatically created for them.

*When a Broker adds a Gifted Partner to Ownwell - their landing page is also automatically created for them. This happens once they accept their invite to Ownwell.

Please note that landing pages are tied to Ownwell accounts. This means that brokers cannot customize referral partner landing pages and vice versa. This also means that Limited Partners do not have access to landing pages since they do not have their own account.

What are the benefits of the landing page?

Ownwell gives you a simple, powerful way to collect property and mortgage details directly from homeowners - no back-and-forth required.

  • Offer something valuable: Share your personalized landing page to offer free, automated homeownership reports with your audience (website, social media) or leads database. We've even heard of some brokers leveraging their landing pages by loading them on iPads and using them at community events, seminars, etc. These reports give homeowners insights into their equity, affordability, and potential savings - and keep them coming back month after month.

  • Share it anywhere: Add the link to your website, social media profiles, or email signature to generate leads while you sleep.

  • Re-engage your database: Use it to reconnect with past clients or cold leads when you don’t have their latest mortgage info. Let them opt in, update their details, and start receiving reports - all with a single click.

  • Note: When a homeowner opts in to receive an Ownwell report through a referral partner’s landing page, the report will be automatically co-branded with your information. It will include one-click links for the homeowner to contact you directly for mortgage advice. So when questions come up, you stay front and center as their go-to expert.

What can we customize in the landing page?

When the landing page is generated, what are the defaults?

  • The auto-generated URL for your landing page will default to the name associated with your account (Ownwell Profile). You can edit this in the landing page section of Ownwell.

For example, if your first name is Julie and your last name is Edwards, your personalized landing page URL is https://app.ownwell.ca/join/julie-edwards

  • For both brokers and referral partners, the default greeting message on your landing page will be: “Hey, this is [Broker First Name]! If you'd like to see how I can help you save money and build wealth through homeownership, sign up for your free, personalized homeownership report below!”

You can customize and edit your greeting in your Ownwell account - found in the landing page section. Click here for more greeting ideas!

  • There is no default option for the welcome video - the Loom section is blank upon creation of the landing page.

A Note about Co-Branded Reports ⭐️

Email Sender: The email will appear from your referral partner’s name, with their contact details and reply-to address. The "from" email address will be "[email protected]" (as it is on your Ownwell emails).

Dual Branding: Both you and the referral partner will be featured in the report’s greeting and footer sections.
