Overview
When creating your Ownwell account, you'll choose whether you'd like to be billed monthly or annually.
You can later change your billing cycle if your needs change.
Monthly subscribers can upgrade to annual billing directly from the Plan & Billing page.
Annual subscribers who wish to switch to monthly billing will need to contact the Ownwell Support team.
Choosing Your Billing Cycle During Sign Up
During sign up, you'll be asked to choose between a monthly or annual subscription.
Annual billing includes a discounted yearly price compared to paying monthly.
Upgrading from Monthly to Annual Billing
If you're currently on a monthly subscription, you can upgrade to annual billing at any time.
To upgrade:
Navigate to Account Settings → Plan & Billing.
Under Current Plan, click Upgrade beside Upgrade to annual billing.
Review the updated pricing and payment summary.
Click Confirm Changes.
Once confirmed, your subscription will switch to annual billing.
On the annual plan, you will automatically have access to your Landing Page and Adopt My Mortgage features.
